Marco Castaldi is now the new chair of the Research and New Technology Committee (RANTC) of AIChE. The main activity of RANTC is to keep AIChE on the forefront of new ideas coming “down the pipe” in which chemical engineers can have an important contributing role. RANTC is the entity that identifies, nurtures, and deploys professionally relevant technologies that strengthen AIChE by attracting and retaining practicing professionals involved in those technologies.
