Several members of the Combustion and Catalysis Laboratory attended the 29th North American Catalysis Society Meeting (NAM29), held June 8–13 at the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta, GA.
Marco J. Castaldi (PI), Kaitlyn Lawrence (PhD student), and research associates Tricia Marchese and Erica Razook represented CCL at the conference. Two posters were presented: “Micro-Scale Reactor Systems for Investigating Biomass/Bio-oil Upgrading” by Razook and Marchese, and “Efficacy of Waste-to-Energy Ash in NOx Abatement” by Lawrence.
During the conference, the team reconnected with CCL alumni Drs. Melis Duyar, Marcella Lusardi, and Lucas Dorazio, continuing the lab’s strong tradition of engagement with the catalysis research community.
